This page demonstrates some actual Mikianan sentences. For each sample text, the Mikiana in Glaitha-A, the Mikiana in the Roman alphabet, a transliteration, and a full translation are given.

The Document

This is the start of document the twelve Mikianan families wrote when they founded Mika City.

This translation takes some poetic license with Mikianan grammar, dropping syllables in a few places to make the words fit the song and using a rarely-used leaf (-ishten) to maintain a rhyme.
